CB Const, Inc, established in 2018, is reputable general contractor with a geographically broad company with offices in Portland, OR and La Grande, OR.
Our company philosophy is based on Owner Derek Howard’s Navy SEABEE roots mentality “Can Do!” and is shared by all employees within the company as we move through projects methodically and expeditiously. As a reasonably new entrant to the competitive construction industry, we have focused heavily on quality of construction and developing strong relationships with our clients and industry consultants upon which our business success relies. We understand the nature of our young business and the hurdles this brings when competing for projects, therefore, our ability to perform at the highest standards is of utmost importance.
Our ability to successfully undertake work across the state of Oregon is a direct result of our emphasis on using our established network of local sub-contractors and suppliers in each geographic region. “Keeping it Local” is an important principle in our business and we are continually reviewing our network of suppliers and contractors to ensure that all uphold the core business values that we consider essential.
